I am so excited about the Premium Aromatherapy Essential Oil Basic Starters Gift Set from Calily. This gift set includes 14 bottles of different essential oils, 10 ml each. These are 100% pure, undiluted therapeutic grade essential oils.
The 14 different Essential Oils in the Gift SET include, Lavender , Eucalyptus, Spearmint, Lemon, Lime, Tea Tree, Patchouli, Grapefruit, Peppermint, Cinnamon Leaf, Bergamot, Clary Sage, Sweet Orange and Rosemary!

Very well designed with reasonably sized tiny essential oil bottles. I was able to smell the fragrance the moment i took the box out of the package. It was not overpowering but a mix of various aroma. The gift box was so beautifully made with the brand logo at the center.
The colorful labels on each bottle look so classy and the gift set itself is so original. This one makes a good gift for someone who loves involving in DIY projects at home.
Each oil bottle is sealed, comes with a built in dropper, making it even simpler to handle and not overdose/waste the oil in anyway.

Keeping the looks aside, the essential oil quality was also remarkable. I am no expert in this, but recently i got interested in aromatherapy and other immense uses of essential oils. I have tried few different brands already and have gathered some knowledge on this. I was looking for variety of good quality essential oil that i can try at a minimal cost, thats how i decided to try this product.
As a beginner, I was happy to see 14 different oils at this price, that can get me creative and busy at home. I haven't used all of these oils yet, but i loved whatever i have used so far. This gift set makes a nice essential oils starter kit set to start with. I personally feel that the oil is very concentrated and few drops is always more than enough.
I have used the following oils so far:
- Eucalyptus - Effective for treating a number of respiratory problems including cold, cough, runny nose, sore throat.
- Tea Tree - Combining 2 teaspoons of tea tree oil with 2 cups of water in a spray bottle and use for household cleaning tasks.
- Lavender - Applied along with coconut oil to overcome/control acne issues.
- Peppermint - Used it in oil diffuser. Inhaling peppermint oil, provides relief from stress, depression and exhaustion due to its refreshing nature.
- Lemon - Used it for a refreshing foot bath. Go ahead and add two drops of lemon oil to a bowl of warm water, and soak your feet. You will notice change on regular use.
- Rosemary - Inhaling rosemary oil can boost mental energy. Also spray a mixture of rosemary oil and water to remove bad odors from room.
In my opinion:
- Thoughtful gift for someone who loves DIY projects like lip balm/body lotion/candle/soap making, body butters, sugar scrubs and the like.
- It says 100% pure,undiluted however i felt as if the oil has lost some of the actual fragrance within days after opening/using it.
- Since these are just therapeutic grade oils, suitable ONLY for external use, i would suggest it is definitely WORTH A TRY. You get your hands on a bunch of essential oils, all at one time.

I have been blending and using Essential Oils for 15 years and SWEAR by them for everything from health to beauty! Each oil has such wonderful properties and nothing is better than nature for us! These oils are impressive not only due to the price and how pretty they are (much prettier than my own) but they are in fact 100% PURE - I have seen so very many EO companies say "pure" but all they really are - are blends some of them fragrance blends! Nothing blended is 100% PURE of anything! I love that this brand allows you to have the PURE oils and do your own blending! Also some of them will put 10% or 20% oil in a carrier base and claim them are pure. I love this set and would love to have one of my own.

DeleteI have never used essential oils but love the fragrance from them. I know that you can mix them and create a soothing bath for stress, tension and muscle aches. I have been wanting to try coconut oil as they say it works magic on many different things.

DeleteMy mother is an herbalist and being working with oils for years. I don't use them nearly as much as I should. This would be a great box for a starter to get back into it. It might really come in handy this winter.
