Personal Experience:
I was provided the Wedderspoon Honey gift set which included few of the rare and unique honey varieties. I have heard a lot about Dandelion honey but never got a chance to try it out earlier. I loved their packing, this gift-set is perfect for anyone, anytime! I have honey almost everyday, either with warm water in the morning or a spoonful in the night. So, i was excited to try these raw gourmet honeys. I enjoyed the uniqueness of these honey varieties and liked them all. Fir Honey would be my favorite one, whereas every honey is equally good, totally different and couldn't be compared with one another!

FIR Honey- Distinctively harvested in Greece. Wedderspoon sources this rare honey from the crisp, cool high elevation forests of central Greece where the bees feed on the aromatic Fir trees. This is one of my favorites, has a clean floral scent, perfect to drizzle on fresh fruits and berry smoothies.

RATA Honey- Very rare, unique variety, ranges from pearl to blush in color. Sourced from the beautiful crimson red Wild Rata trees native to the remote, protected, high elevation areas of New Zealand’s South Island.
This honey is white colored, thick, creamy and has a distinctive, mild, buttery flavor! This one crystallizes easily and tastes unique.

DANDELION Honey- Bright yellow, raw, unpasteurized and delivers a strong, tangy zing of rich flavour. Sourced from the pastoral grazing country of the remote mountainous regions of New Zealand’s South Island. This honey is dense, strong, has kind of floral fragrance and very rich flavor!

BEECHWOOD Honey - Extracted by the bees from the Beechwood trees of New Zealand.
