Hard to Resist Gluten-Free Baking Goods from Sugar & Spice Market! #Giveaway

23 February 25 Comments A+ a-

Do we really need reasons to bake a chocolate cake at home? Not so long ago, i shared my experience about the gluten-free baking mixes from Spice & Sugar market HERE. I highly recommend you read it before this one. "Sugar & Spice" Market is a family owned business, which manufactures gluten free baking mixes and flour. They have this wonderful mission that “gluten free does not have to be taste free” and they take pride in delivering their gluten free flour and baking mixes! These mixes have been specially formulated to provide the texture and flavor that are characteristic of traditional wheat flour baked goods and recipes. All of their current products are certified gluten free, certified kosher, dairy/casein free, soy free, wheat free, peanut free, tree nut free and also has the Non-GMO Project Verification seal.

Did you read my first baking adventure with Sugar & Spice Market HERE? Two things i absolutely love about their baking products are (i) Time they save, (ii) The fact that they are tastier, despite being Gluten, Dairy & Wheat-free. Sugar & Spice Market products are all very reasonably priced. You can check out their Gluten-Free baking products, HERE!

Preparation:
This cake mix needs very minimal preparation time. Apart from the mix, you need few more ingredients like eggs, milk, butter and vanilla extract. The instructions are clear on the cover and the recipe is so simple and easy to prepare. The cake baked perfectly, in about 30-35 minutes. I did nothing other than mixing the ingredients together, no measurements done while preparing. The cake was delicious, no after-taste like most gluten-free products and the real question was 'Do you need icing this time?'

Make sure to connect with 'Sugar & Spice' Market on Facebook & Twitter to know about their exclusive offers and product updates!

My wife eats gluten free occasionally, but not because she is medically required to eat that way.

Nobody in our house eats 100% gluten free but I do eat a lot of them simply because they don't make me feel so heavy and bogged down!!

I am trying to follow a gluten-free diet. My sister has eaten this way for a few years so she is able to help recommend products to me as well as help me find the hidden gluten on labels.
